Kristian Macaron resides in Albuquerque, NM, a land full of treasures. Her writing is inspired by this colorful landscape, but also her love for monsters, portals, geology, and time travel. Her free time, however, is inspired by her adventure-puppy, R2, and her new love of video games. She attended the University of New Mexico for undergraduate studies and graduated from Emerson College in Boston, MA with an MFA in Fiction in 2012.
